Through our Rwandan based partner organizations, your support makes it possible to provide two parallel options for individuals, particularly young women, to reverse the cycle of poverty and develop knowledge, skills, confidence, and a competitive edge.
The first of these paths is a 15-month business fellowship that provides industry training, business investment, and life and leadership skills to empower each cohort of “fellows” to build profitable businesses, raise healthy families, and send their children to school.
The second path provides a university education for young men and women who demonstrate strength of character, leadership, and academic rigor, but who need assistance with college tuition and some living expenses.
Both of these options utilize a holistic, encompassing approach while requiring attendance of activities hosted by our partner organizations that focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, discipleship, mentoring and professional development training. Lastly, each fellow or scholar is required to “pay it forward” by volunteering their time to improve their community through service.
